Pre-order Shipment
Hello Ziiiro fans!
We are overwhelmed by the response and our team is trying our best to process all orders.. in fact we are working over Christmas to get everything shipped! We packed our first shipment of the watches yesterday, below is a picture and these are just 1/4 of everything :O
If we are slow in replying to inquiries, please forgive us since we’re working overnight to get the watches delivered!

Heya, I noticed it said watchers ordered after 23rd will get theirs shipped in January, I ordered mine -on- the 23rd, so does that apply to me?

I see the packing bag is Hong Kong speed post, is it ship
from Hong Kong?

Yeah I ordered mine on the 23rd at night but it may have been the 24th in Europe so I’m not sure if that means mine won’t be shipped until after the new year or not?

Hey Ziiiro guys I saw things unravel quickly with another company on a similar situation (Quirky.com). A little update goes a long way for your customers. Just a quick update will make people happy.
grovemade.com launch was a great example of down to the line shipping and excellent communication with their customers when they launched their bamboo iphone 4 cases.
anyway, looking forward to my mercury!! Awesome design!

I didn’t get a Shipment email either…but..i did receive
the Watch this morning (it even had the correct time already) and i
must say, it’s fantastic. I was a little worried that it wouldn’t
live up to the site pictures etc, but it really does. Personally i
can’t wait for an all green version, or black & green

Jupast, did you order it on the 23rd? That’s pretty strange that they didn’t send an email to any of us, but now I can’t wait for this watch to arrive!

I ordered mine on the 22nd and they didn’t send me an e-mail either. However, I got a notification from USPS on the 28th. I just have to pick it up on the post office.

I finally got a shipping email and I thought I’d be excited, until I read ” The item will leave Hong Kong for its destination on 1-Jan-2011″ That’s ridiculous. It won’t even be leaving there until the 1st?! Geez

@Rako. I ordered mine on the 22nd, received just over a week later. I did choose the fast delivery option though.

Finally got my shipment email as well, and it said my order shipped on the 28th, which is pretty late but I can’t do much about that now.

Hi!
I got the watch. Comments from others are really mixed.
About size. Its huge for womens wrist. And the belt is not securing the watch as it should.
Other from that I like it a lot.

According to the tracking, mine is on hold at custom inspection. Already for three days now. Hope they release it soon.

Just got my watch today and within 3 hours of wearing it
the hour hand stopped working and I’m unable to move it manually
either, pretty dissapointing

Hmm, i hear you, looks like you had bad luck and catched a bad one. this never happened to us, although we had been wearing several different watches.
